Charity Association Somalia (HCAS) is a national, non-governmental, non-profit
humanitarian and development organization

HCAS is committed to restoring hope, rebuilding livelihoods, and strengthening resilience among vulnerable communities across Somalia through integrated humanitarian and development programs

Establishedment

HCA Was established in 2011 by Somali intellectuals, community leaders, and social advocates. The organization was founded in response to the prolonged humanitarian crisis and social disruption that followed the collapse of Somalia’s central government in 1991.
